Delivery and Installation:
Deliveries will be billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour for local deliveries requiring 1 to 2 staff members.

Site Visits:
A fee of $100 is required for all site visits by Designer Silks Design Staff. Need for site visits will be
based the size of the assignment and also require the Designer/Client or a representative to be present.

Restocking Fee:
All clients returning approved inventory will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Returns:
All non-sale pre-made inventory items may be returned within 7 days. Custom floral trees may not be
returned. No "SALE" or damaged items may be returned. Designer Silks also reserves the right to
refuse returned merchandise.

Merchandise Holds:
Clients may place items on hold until an estimate is completed by Designer Silks and received by the
Client/Designer via e-mail, fax or standard mail. Designer Silks reserves the right to sell that item
to another client within that 24 hours.

Deposits:
A deposit of 50% is required for all clients purchasing warehouse inventory and ordering custom floral's
and trees after receipt of an estimate. The client/designer has 72 hours after receipt of estimate/quote
to approve the estimate/quote and confirm payment for deposit. The remaining balance will be required
during the installation unless Designer Silks Management has confirmed written approval. If the client
decides not to hire Designer Silks, Designer Silks retains the right to charge a 15% fee on all deposits returned.

Delinquent Accounts:
In the event Designer Silks cannot collect on accounts over 90 days past due, all legal avenues will be taken to
collect.

Storage:
All merchandise on deposited hold in the Designer Silks warehouse over 30 days will incur a $30.00 storage
and insurance fee.
